ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>IOError</b>:[Errno 32] Broken pipe
I'm getting this message every time Calibre 1.4.0 starts off. I have been running Calibre for some time with no problems until now. It seemed to start with the last upgrade or the current (1.4.0) one.
Any suggestions appreciated....
Running on iMac 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7, Mac OS 10.8.4
