Last night I purchased a book but the download was for something else, didn't even get a confirmation email. 
 
Also never heard anything back when I sent an email about the prices changing on books listed as $1.99 but appearing much higher on the check out screen.  That was over a week ago.  I'm wondering if those issues are just being sent off into a black hole from their new website.

 I would double check to see if you even got billed for it.  I bought a book last week, accidentally hit 'enter' when the 50% off code didn't go through, and long story short, for some strange reason, after I emailed them I got the book for free, the charge never even went through?!  True story, strange but true!
ETA: I always use the kobo-help email, I don't trust their website at all, it's always screwed up for me
