Exactly.
Amazon's return process tends to be painless, especially when the words
fulfilled by Amazon appear on the product page. Whereas the rep from Chinese Smile wanted photographs to verify the issue, expected me to pay for shipping after the pictures were sent and wouldn't send a new cover until mine had been returned. That's a long time for an e-reader to remain coverless.
