Speaking of which, there are two versions of one of the books on Kobo (Jo Nesbo - The Bat). One translated by Don Bartlett who has done the other Hole books. The other one is slightly cheaper (and is eligible for the discount) but it's been translated by a different person, who is also listed as the publisher. Is that someone doing it unofficially?
I actually spotted two of the suspicious looking ebooks. One of them was The Bat and the other was Neuromancer. Both showed Tom David as author and publisher and the ISBN numbers start with 123. I alerted Kobo to this via Twitter and the books have since been removed. My guess is that these are pirated copies being sold somehow.

I see WHSmith still seem to sell them.
