If you are not seeing ANY networks then either there is physical damage or your restore didn't work 100%.. I suspect it is a software issue.. I suspect the root/restore process trashed the wi-fi drivers.. you could try sony support otherwise go through the restore process again or if it's not a problem just get a new one.. might be the easier solution...lol
