Okay, so like today is my one year anniversary of being with Kobo and they send me a 20% off coupon. That when they are running another contest and there is 50% off unlimited code good thru the end of September.
REALLY??? This is the best they can do for customer appreciation. That would be like my husband coming to me and saying "hey I took out one bag of trash to the dumpster, but there are still four bags to take out". It is just a little insulting.
Do they really understand the concept of customer appreciation?
