The Calibre forum would have been the best place to ask this question.
There are two possibilities:
1. You did indeed delete all of your books. The only solution is to replace a backup of the library, or to import your books into Calibre again. (Please tell me that library was not the only place you keep your books...)
2. You may have inadvertently created a new library, and you're now looking at a new, empty one. Click the Library button, and point to the option "Quick Switch". Is there another library listed there? If so, switch to it.
