Disabling roman numerals in series display?
Is it possible to disable roman numerals and just show arabic numerals in Series display? Seeing MDCCCXI (for 1811) is one of those WTF things in calibre. I don't mind it for numbers up to 20 but showing it for large numbers is just weird

I went through options + tweaks, didn't see anything. Thanks!
