It has not been there, and still isn't, on the US or Canadian sites. Maybe they are trying it out in the Netherlands first. Stranger things have happened. I've been writing to Kobo web team folks for awhile about this, and a few days ago (before this poll was established) one of the folks I was conversing with mentioned that I was not the only one complaining about it
