Now you need to recalculate the Title sort values (those changes only apply to NEW entries, New exports/calculated fields)

Select All Books.
Tap 'E' (bulk edit mode)

On the Basic Metadata tab: Tick Automatically Set Author Sort

OK

that will just recalculate the sort values for selected books
