Figure this one out. I just bought book 2 at kobo and used the SEP50 code. But they only charged me 1.99.
ETA: FYI - Goodreads has Book 1 as Last Chance to Run and Book 2 as Nowhere Safe. Amazon says Last Chance is Book 0 and Nowhere Safe is Book 1.
Either way, Blossom is right that if you bought The Perfect Ten, you got Last Chance to Run
