This is one that probably comes down to screen size, touch type and weight. Like Taming, I wouldn't want to give up my bigger screen of the Aura HD. However, it is just enough heavier to be noticeable. The HD also has IR touch rather than capacitive touch. Some people have preferences between those.
Personally I have the HD and the primary reason I won't get the Aura 6" is not wanting to go back to a small screen.
