The full name is Scotiabank Giller Prize. Here is a link: http://www.scotiabank.com/gillerprize/0,,5813,00.html It was set up about 20 years ago by a private individual and then sponsorship was taken over by the Bank of Nova Scotia. It is arguably Canada's preeminent literary prize.
