Also remember that you are reading some pretty angry things from me and others who continue to use and enjoy our Kobo devices. When something is wrong (from our perspectives) we write about it here. People are not entirely happy with kindle devices either.

I do understand Taming, and accept what you are saying, and maybe one day I will get a Kobo, this year it's nearly been the Aura, but frequenting this forum unfortunately alerts a person to the worst side of a company/device. As you say many people are dissatisfied with Kindles and Amazon but luckily for me I have had nothing but pleasure with my multiples Kindles since I purchased the first one in 2010.
