A lot of their books come with images, and the formatting is usually impeccable. My only gripe is their adherance to only publishing massive "complete works" books, which take a while to load and navigate around in (Plus you can't easily see how close to done you are with any particular book within the complete works).
But I do really like their ebooks and have bought many. The formatting is extremely high quality.
