The first time he called me one of those (actually not one of those, but this is supposed to be a family-friendly forum...
) that was my reaction. Death-glare, followed by, "What did you call me?!?"
He looked so very startled and nervous I immediately realized I had somehow overreacted, and then he confirmed it with, "Something I would never ever call anyone else, because they're not you."
And that was how the game of Inventing Outrageous Nicknames for Each Other was started.
