@tumler100 - try overwriting the margins in the Text layout in paged mode group of Viewer Preferences

The viewer has what normal people call columns, see Viewer preferences Text layout in paged mode->The number of pages of text to show on a screen set it to something > 1.

The icon at top right corner, looks a bit like a lectern, must not be pressed

Text appears in columns like newspaper, magazine etc - there's more to life than ledgers and spreadsheets
