Calibre cannot convert dictionaries. They are different from normal e-book files. Search better... if you found the same dictionary as I did, then there is a MOBI version floating around too

The dictionary on Amazon.de you are linking to is the one that was removed. It also says (in German) that the book is not available at this time, for it's "under review" because of a problem.
