Missing Chapters
An elderly relative has a Kobo reader which was working fine. However, now any downloaded books show the chapter headings but all the chapters are blank. Kobo support have been less than helpful. Although I'm good at fixing PCs I've not had any experience of Kobo or similar. Anyone any ideas? Thanks in anticipation.
