I didn't understand that you were talking about the Amazon store when I replied. A store is the proper place to try to sell us stuff and I have no problem with that.
As for the harsh reactions, I think you're not considering another button, the one you pushed when you made a post that some of us mistakenly took to be praising ads on our devices. Even the very lightest touch on that button forces me into protest.
It's just a simple desire to squeeze all marketers and watch them burst. Nothing negative. Not hatred, either of marketers or their evil deeds. It's just a love of bursting.
