I was initially tempted by the Aura HD....but the uneven back and the size decided me against it. If I want to read on a screen that large, my Nook HD is absolutely perfect for reading. If I had the Aura HD I would never take it out of the house, and again, the Nook HD....for taking out of the house I like lighter weight readers. My Kobo Glo is a nice compact package with perfect lighting.
Which is why I want the Kobo Aura....smaller and lighter. (Even though the screen is the same size).
The new Paperwhite tempts me, due to the new screen tech and the reportedly better light....my PW has a big blotch of light on one side which is annoying.
But if I get the new PW I'll sell the old.....I really don't need them both. I am waiting for reader reviews, before I decide. If it was smaller and lighter, I would have pre-ordered it!
