About 2 hours ago it worked for me too. In some rare cases, either the entire app or IAPs may take up to 72 hours to propagate through the App Store. When Marvin was released, it was invisible in the store for about 6 hours
and the themes seem to have started propagating just now. It seems that Marvin has hit one of those rare cases.
