Hi Bernie! Yes, I found those. The images go in and never leave! Potentially embarrassing under certain circumstances!

I had side loaded a good many books on the Nook before buying a memory card for it. At that point I moved those books to the card, but I only just now cleaned out those images from the Nook's internal memory. They took up more space than I expected! I dumped 119 images and freed up 31MB! Can that be right? The Nook's available storage went from 79% to 92%!!!

So anyone who side-loads books and then deletes them when they've been read should definitely clean out those .docThumbs files every now and then.
