I noticed that too in my wish list of items. Sometimes it is due to a fluctuation between sellers trying to undercut one another. But on items that are Amazon only like Kindles it seems odd. And it seems even more odd that depending on which Paperwhite model you own you could get a low value of just $39 (which seems way too low IMO) or a high value of $105 (which seems high for a year old unit). I'm glad they gave froggie731 $122 though!

Oh, and the K3 has a much higher value than the Touch! I've had both and I can kind of see that. The Touch was not Amazon's finest hour by any means.
