No, you haven't suddenly met a hugely fashion-concious man. I take pictures and (sometimes) design websites. I should know colors. At least the basics...
Orange, red, purple and pink. With this combination, which was really a new thing , and for many fashion afficionado a no-no at the time , Kenzo made a fortune.

I have always been a big fan of his clothes and color combination. And he definitely was a precursor.
