There, I fixed it. (Lastname_Firstname, series and index in Author field.)

Maybe someone else will get some use out of it.

Maybe, one day, I'll actually jailbreak the Kindle, put the Collection Manager in it and add the modified Kindle Collections plugin to Calibre.
