Refreshed binaries (bump to ~ 1.5.9.20), which is probably when 1.5.9 should have been tagged in the first place ;P.

* Mostly update the syntax/input validation for the recoveryv2 changes, so it doesn't segfault anymore when you use it wrong

[That was a 1.5.9 regression].
