I just purchased a ebook from Kobo off of their website using my PC. I then sync my Glo fully expecting the book to arrive, but nothing happens. Try again, zip.

So I go back to the PC and check under My Library and it's not there either. I do a search for the book in question and there is a button there that says View in Library. Naturally I click on it and....it's not in my library.

Anybody have this frustrating issue? Anybody have a solution? I do have the order receipt and I'm not really in the mood to deal with customer service, though I'm thinking it's gonna come to that. C'mon Kobo, get you're &%$ together. When it comes to cash, there's no messing around.
