Hmm, I've only ever had the one device name and it has given me the same one every time I have deregistered/reregistered. Even this last time when things stopped working. But as I said though it was the majority of my books, it was not all of them. The tech guy didn't seem to think I should have to redownload them either. He worked with me for nearly an hour before he decided that may be the only way. And even then he kept saying it was because the books had been revised and had new data in them
