Men could in theory be tetrachromats too, *if* they have more than one X chromosome (possible: as long as they have a Y too, they'll be male) or have a (surely very very rare) translocation that moves OPN1MW or OPN1MW2 onto a different chromosome. Since tetrachromats already seem to be rare...
