In what I hope is the last of my tech issues (pleasepleaseplease), I have to redownload about 90% of my Kindle library. I tried deregistering, uninstalling, and reinstalling about 10 times. Finally chatted with customer service. At first he was telling me oh that book has updated data. After deregistering and registering again and then uninstalling/reinstalling he finally told me I just needed to manually go through one by one and remove/redownload the affected books individually. I have a hard time believing so many books have updated data though I didn't want to just wipe the whole library and start over as there is a book I know DOES have updated version because the author changed the title and a bunch of stuff in it. But I want to read the original I downloaded.

The problem is I couldn't open any of the affected books in Calibre either. Even the Samhain and Carina titles which I thought were DRM free.

Oh well. It's only time, right?
