As I said, my apologies. The thread that Meeera(3 "e"s?, eeenough) found wasn't the one I was recalled, but I recall the covers were similar, I think the same style, think they were from chapters or borders, and recall they were being discounted. I'm not sure how the readers attached to the covers, but do remember that they were too small despite being designed to fit the readers according to the OP. Could have swore these were those. Again, apologies.
