Talking SYNC PROBLEM

message reads: "something went wrong.....try again" I have shelves , i only bought 3 books & the rest i download from my public libraries. i don't know what 'calibre' is & all i really want is to make sure my kobo glo is working properly!
anyone in the Oshawa , Whitby areas? Maybe the libraries have changed something? it took me WEEKS to get ADOBE & kobo connected , NOW THIS!!:
I would appreciate any advice , but please note I am of the NON COMPUTER generation . Therefore, i am limited as to how much of the "language I understand"
