Yes it is part of Amazon (the link is to amazon.com, and the https just means it's a secure server), it's just your media library instead of only your ebook library. I've edited the link to remove the text that was after the ? and it still works ok. If you follow the link now and log into your account, you'll see the additional text appears again, it's just something to do with Amazon's servers.

I had just bookmarked the url from a post I saw on a forum discussing the same issue (deleting multiple items from your Amazon account).
