Impossible to change font in PW


I just updated my KPW to get rid of a font problem.
Unluckily the issue is still there...

I'm reading some office documents converted in AZW3 from MS Word / Openoffice via Calibre, and I'm unable to change the font (no jailbreak). Whatever I choose in the Kindle "Aa" menu, the doc is displayed in Caecilia (the original document was Arial, IIRC).
The funny thing is that when I look at "Highlights and Notes", I can change the font of the snippets I saved and read them in one of the other standard fonts...

It happened also with firmware 5.3.5, but not when I used the mobi format.

What am I doing wrong?
