I've had my PW1 for nearly a year, hubby got his in February. His screen is far better than mine so do I buy the new one (I have pre ordered) or report mine and ask for a replacement? But then what do I say? I have bad smudges round the LEDS and a faint blue smudge on the top of the screen. It was my second model so I figured it was the best I could get, until hubby got his that is. I've just lived with it.
I have a three year warrenty on it.
Any advice would be appreciated. I use mine every day.
