Ordered the Aura HD from the website and got charged in CAD. Was furious and complainted for a refund on Monday. The lady told me she will escalate to 2nd level. Contact again yesterday and the case is still pending and said still with 2nd level. I mean, is it that difficult to refund? Will contact again tomorrow.
Worst thing is, when you checkout, the website don't tell you which currency you are paying in. Bad website. Not buying anything from KOBO website till they fix it.
