I always wonder why people list this as a reason for an eink reader. You can access the web on an ereader and certainly pick up your tablet or phone quickly while you are on your ereader and get distracted by the web.

I think the most valid reason to have an ereader over a tablet is the battery life. This is the one I use anyways when people ask.
