Absolutely.
I've been very disappointed in the specs on the new T3. There's not enough new I feel I need to spend money on when I already have the T1 and T2. The things I wanted to see improve haven't been.
For those things, I'm trying out someone else this year.
And it does bode ill when the reviews point out how they're now consistantly behind the times in development, aren't front-lit (which will turn off a lot of people right there), do practically no advertising in the US, and make it hard to even find them to get the hands-on experience that could draw in more customers. How can you sell them when regular customers never see them in the stores? Never see an advertisement for them? Have no idea they're even out there?
I'm disappointed. I think they could have ruled the roost, but somehow, years ago, they just lost interest. It's sad.
