Depends what I'm reading.

Fiction: PW
Non-fiction/PDFs: iPad

For reading in bright light, an eInk screen wins hands-down, of course. My iPad is great for indoor reading (it's what I read all my academic PDFs on) but it's hopeless in sunlight. The PW is great in sunlight.
