I went and bought the book hoping this would happen to me! But no, the rep gave me a dollar credit, so I'm a whole penny ahead. At the beginning of the call when I said I was charged for a book that was supposed to be free, she immediately said,
Scarlet Letter?
I wonder why they haven't been able to fix this, since they've clearly been getting tons of calls.
