problem now resolved

I failed to notice that Audible deducted the $0.99 from my coupon balance. I had to call them to get the charge reversed. I reported that they're still charging $0.99 for this, when it's supposed to be free. Hopefully, they'll fix it soon. In the meantime, be prepared to call Audible for assistance -- 1-888-283-5051 (USA & Canada).
