I've enrolled my books, at free. That was a no-brainer for me, since I've been doing the same at OneBookShelf for a while. I sell hardly any paper books at OneBookShelf, and not many at Amazon, but I see it as a way to make the customer happier at no real cost. I realise that it's a potential lost sale, but I doubt it's very significant, and I think the benefit of making readers happier outweighs it.
