If you used my binary package for installation, the Sigil-included hunspell dictionaries are installed in:
/usr/local/share/sigil/hunspell_dictionaries

Any personal user-added hunspell-type dictionaries will be in:
~/.local/share/sigil-ebook/sigil/hunspell_dictionaries
('Edit'-> 'Preferences'-> 'Open Preferences Location')

Should be the same for any build of 0.7.x where the default install directory wasn't altered.
