I've had it once every two weeks or so. I use the official cover with sleep/wake functionality, and at times the light doesn't turn on, which adjusting light levels fixes, or gets stuck "on" and won't turn off even with the power button. Only a restart fixes that.
It's been pretty consistent since I got mine six weeks ago. I've yet to get past two weeks without a restart as a result.
