Are you interested in helping to improve the situation? Can you, with KoboTouchExtended disabled, reproduce the issue again and post the latest debug log?
Last time you kept talking about the calibre manual, but your log was for the Kobo manual. If you are again failing on the Kobo manual, it's not the plugin's fault; if you're failing on any other KePub, generated or from Kobo, then it may be the plugin's fault (or may not) and I want to try to fix it if I can.
