I do like that with this latest version, it looks like all your settings are being saved with the history item. I just don't see why they would need all the ebook as well.
I just checked and in my case (fb2, pdf and djvu files ever opened) this is not the case. If you find that the whole ebook was included in the history file then that is a very critical bug and an issue should be opened in github.
