In first step I would suggest you to try out to update your device using the MFG tool.

Please read the user guide inside of the file. It is important to connect your device to your PC properly (as a HID compliant device).

If it does not help then either stylus or touch panel could get malfunction and your device must be send to your vendor for warranty service. In this case please contact your vendor (it is the Polish company Artatech ).
