Thanks, I have noted it down for future use.
I was lazy, and just used the search function on my reader (first time using it).
On second look, there is a ToC in the file that my kobo sees, but the
only content/section/bookmark is something called 'midpoint' that is literally partway through the Linnea Sinclair story, and I suppose about halfway point of the book?!
So bizarre.
