Error Communicating with Device - Update - Solved
Edit: I rebooted the device and now it seems to be connecting.
I have previously been able to connect my device. Now, when I connect my device (Nook Color rooted and running cyanogenmod 10.1.2-encore) I get the following error:
Failed to write data to file, commit failed: hr=2147500037 facility=0 error_code=16389 description: Unspecified error

When I go to Preference -> Miscellaneous and click on “Debug device connection” I get a popup window:
calibre, version 1.0.0
ERROR: Device already detected: A device (NookColor) is already detected by calibre. If you wish to debug the detection of another device, first disconnect this device.
I click on “ok” and the display is, “Getting debug information, please wait…”
Waited 7 minutes but nothing every showed up.
